How to clean your Leemin hydraulic filter element

Many people think that the hydraulic oil filter element is difficult to clean without do it, which will greatly reduce the service life of the hydraulic oil filter element. The loss process of Leemin filter is mainly due to the blockage of Leemin  filter by pollutants. The pollutant loading process of a leemin filter element is the process of blocking the through holes of the filter element. When the  filter is blocked by polluted particles, the holes that can pass the liquid flow are reduced. To ensure the flow through the filter material, the pressure difference will increase. In the initial stage, since there are many holes on the  filter, the pressure difference through the leemin filter increases very slowly, and the blocked holes have little effect on the overall pressure loss. 

However, when the plugging hole reaches a value, the plugging is very rapid, at which point the differential pressure across the leemin filter element rises very quickly. The number, size, shape and distribution of the media pores of a leemin hydraulic  filter element indicates why one filter element lasts longer than another. For a filter material of a given thickness and filtration accuracy, the filter paper has fewer pores than the glass fiber filter material, so the filter element of the filter paper material is blocked faster than the filter element of the glass fiber filter material. The filter element of the multi-layer glass fiber filter material can accommodate more pollutants. When the liquid flows through the filter element, each filter layer filters out particles of different sizes, and the small holes in the filter material of the rear layer will not be blocked by large particles.
