How to install vacuum pump exhaust filter element?

Installation steps of vacuum pump exhaust filter element:

① Make sure the new exhaust filter is fitted with a new O-ring

② Install the intake and exhaust filter, and ensure that its port number is installed in the proper position in the oil mist separation box

③ Make sure the top of the screw in the middle of the exhaust filter spring protrudes from the spring about 2-5 revolutions

④ Rely on common tools to install the exhaust filter spring, so that the tail end is installed on the power socket in the oil mist separation box, and the screw is installed in the concave groove of the exhaust filter.

⑤ Tighten the screw on the exhaust filter spring so that the nut touches the steel sheet of the spring.

⑥ Make sure the sealing gasket under the exhaust bearing end cover is clean and high-quality. If it is damaged, be sure to replace it
