What is gas filter element ?
Our gas filter cartridges are mainly used for gas particle filtration and air particle filtration. The filter cartridges are standard fabricated from:
– polyester needlefelt with scrim to increase mechanical strength and alternative with impregnation or membrane to provide water- and oil repellent properties
– cellulose polyester fiber reinforced with phenol resin impregnation to increase mechanical strength and water repellent properties and in corrugated arrangement or flat arrangement
– polyester spun bond media, thermally bonded and calandered and on request also executed with hydrofobic- or oleophobic properties
The filter cartridge flow pattern is from outside to inside (FOTI) and ensures that particles will be intercepted and trapped at the outside of the filter cartridge. Both sides are foreseen with support core.
